Uniform Grading Policy
Under the direction of the General Assembly, the State Board of Education developed and adopted the uniform grading policy to be implemented in all South Carolina’s public schools.  
The uniform grading policy, which is applied to all students who first enrolled in the ninth grade in 2001 school year, was revised in 2007 and again in 2016.
